    1. Winter Parade 12/10/2022 – Committee Head, Brandy Day, to give an update
    2. Looking for volunteers:
      • Help with line- up
      • Walk in parade handing out We Are Oglesby flyers
    3. May-October 1-2-3 Events
      • 1st Friday of each month (May-October)
        1. Movies in the park (Lehigh) – business sponsors
      • 2nd Saturday of each month (May-October)
        1. Pop-up Sidewalk sales
      • 3rd Sunday of each month (May-October)
    4. REVITALIZATION OF OGLESBY

1.   Public Mapping – Completion Target Date 3/31/2022

  • Design a map with businesses to shop, eat, drink
  • Include walking distances between
  • A visitor area with a QR code and paper map to take
